General Dentist
Currently, Dental Designs of Maryland is seeking a full-time and part-time general dentist to join our growing team. This position will work closely with doctors who believe in collaboration, mentorship, and creating a positive and knowledgeable environment.
In this role, you will:
- Perform new patient exams
- Complete your recommended treatment plans
- Work closely with highly qualified dental assistants
- Use modernized, advanced dental technology and equipment
- Receive one-on-one mentorship (as much as you prefer) in treatment planning, chairside presentation, implants, cosmetics, and surgery
Appropriate candidates can expect partnership opportunities as early as three years into employment.
With 75+ new patients (on average) each month, you will stay busy. It is normal for our dentists to receive an annual income of $175,000 in the first year. Once established, this can increase to $200-$300K.
We do not accept HMOs or Medicaid, so all procedures will be productive.
You can expect the following compensation and benefits:
- Generous daily rate for 90 days
- $150,000 – $300,000/year income
- $10,000 signing bonus for doctors with 5+ years of private practice experience

Dental Hygienist
